Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the skincare products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
